Our team

One of the advantages of being a small church is that we get to be a close family. We genuinely try to take care of each other. Within this family context we strive to see each member transformed into the image of Jesus Christ and trained up to take the Word of God to the world. God has been so kind to us to provide a great team of ministers to help our family achieve this goal .

I am constantly being asked about individuals. The only way to win is as a team.   - Pele

Paul waller

Paul and his wife Emma came to Crossroads in 2012. They have two scrumptious boys, and are both passionate about following Jesus Christ. Paul  is currently training to be our next lead pastor, and he is an energetic student of the Word. His love for Christ, humble spirit, and the joy of a godly wife, promise to grow Paul into an amazing pastor.

Ephesians 4:11-13

And he gave some ... evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

ruth butter

Ruth and her faithful husband Nigel hooked up with Crossroads in 2013. They are both such a blessing to our church family. Ruth is our children's minister and she is so enthusiastic about teaching our little ones the Bible. She has a lot of experience and patience that the kids benefit from and she is always keen to explore new ideas and ways to get the truth of God's Word into their beautifully thick skulls.

adam brennan

Adam came to Crossroads in 2011 and is currently preparing to be be CBC's lead evangelist. Adam packs a pretty awesome combination. He is a zealous evangelist/apologist, and at the same time he is a master with media. He sees the internet as a blessing from God, allowing us to share Christ with the world before we even leave the house.

Brian clark

Brian and his wife Mindy moved to London in 2000 and they absolutely love this city. They planted Crossroads on July 1st 2007.

Brian's wife is his best friend, they have four spectacular kids, and together they're striving to grab as much happiness as they can for themselves -- in the next life.

"My hope for CBC is that we will truly love each other; growing into a strong Bible believing, disciple-making church that will multiply around the world, and that we will laugh hysterically while we do it."
